研究內(nèi)容

細(xì)胞死亡是維持多細(xì)胞生命活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ),過多或過少的細(xì)胞死亡都會引起疾病的發(fā)生。細(xì)胞死亡主要包括細(xì)胞凋亡和細(xì)胞壞死,而近年發(fā)現(xiàn)的細(xì)胞程序性壞死(Necroptosis)是由包含RIP1/RIP3/MLKL的壞死復(fù)合物精密調(diào)控的一種重要細(xì)胞壞死形式,并且顯示細(xì)胞程序性壞死通過多種途徑參與炎癥信號的調(diào)控。本研究組主要研究方向?yàn)榧?xì)胞不同死亡方式的互作調(diào)控機(jī)制及其生理病理意義,探索通過調(diào)控和干預(yù)細(xì)胞死亡治療相關(guān)疾病的新途徑。
