免疫衰老的調(diào)控及致病機(jī)制
????生理衰老的過(guò)程中,免疫系統(tǒng)最先開(kāi)始發(fā)生衰老。免疫衰老會(huì)導(dǎo)致免疫細(xì)胞出現(xiàn)功能失衡,主要體現(xiàn)為外周適應(yīng)性免疫細(xì)胞或固有免疫細(xì)胞增殖、活化或分化異常,組織內(nèi)固有免疫細(xì)胞發(fā)生炎性功能失衡等,這種由衰老導(dǎo)致的免疫失衡是誘發(fā)自身免疫病、腫瘤、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等衰老相關(guān)疾病的關(guān)鍵,因此,解析免疫衰老的調(diào)控作用及致病機(jī)制對(duì)于應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化、及衰老相關(guān)疾病的認(rèn)知與診治具有重要意義。我們主要聚焦衰老的免疫調(diào)控,利用遺傳突變小鼠及相應(yīng)病理模型,結(jié)合臨床病人樣品,主要研究:
1. 衰老機(jī)體的免疫學(xué)特征
2. 衰老導(dǎo)致機(jī)體免疫失衡的分子機(jī)理
3. 免疫衰老調(diào)控相關(guān)慢性疾病的作用機(jī)制
