消化道腫瘤惡性演變的分子機(jī)制及治療策略

研究?jī)?nèi)容

  腫瘤是一類由基因突變導(dǎo)致的遺傳性疾病,本實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要解析人類惡性腫瘤演變的分子遺傳學(xué)機(jī)制,為這些致死性腫瘤的早期診斷和治療提供新型策略。主要的研究方向有:
  1. 肉瘤(間葉細(xì)胞來源惡性腫瘤)演變的分子機(jī)制;
  2. KRAS突變癌(胰腺癌、肺癌等)演變的分子機(jī)制;
  3. 整合多組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)分析與人工智能;
  4. 新型診斷試劑及抗腫瘤藥物的研制。
