統(tǒng)計遺傳學(xué),基因組學(xué),生物信息學(xué)
課題組主要致力于統(tǒng)計遺傳學(xué)、多組學(xué)(如基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、表觀遺傳組)研究以及人類復(fù)雜性狀和疾?。ㄈ缫钟舭Y、阿爾茨海默癥、帕金森氏癥、精神分裂癥)的大數(shù)據(jù)分析。通過結(jié)合統(tǒng)計遺傳學(xué)方法和組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù),祁婷博士在鑒定疾病易感基因及解析復(fù)雜性狀和疾病的遺傳調(diào)控機理等方面積累了豐富的研究經(jīng)驗。目前,課題組的主要研究方向包括但不限于如下幾個方面:
1)在單細胞水平上進行分子表型(如基因表達, DNA甲基化)的遺傳學(xué)研究,并探索其與復(fù)雜疾病的關(guān)聯(lián)性;
2)多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)整合鑒定復(fù)雜疾病的治療靶點和生物標(biāo)記物;
3)統(tǒng)計遺傳學(xué)分析方法和軟件開發(fā)。
