中國科學(xué)院上海營養(yǎng)與健康研究所Journal of Toxins and Toxicology期刊主要發(fā)表毒素科學(xué)與毒理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的高水平原創(chuàng)研究論文和綜述文章，覆蓋基礎(chǔ)研究與應(yīng)用研究兩類內(nèi)容。期刊致力于服務(wù)公共衛(wèi)生、食品科學(xué)、環(huán)境健康和微生物安全等領(lǐng)域的科技創(chuàng)新需求，建設(shè)具有國際影響力的英文學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺。因期刊創(chuàng)刊與發(fā)展需要，編輯部面向社會公開招聘1–2名全職科學(xué)編輯。
科學(xué)編輯需要參與稿件評估、同行評審流程協(xié)調(diào)、專題策劃與評論類文章約稿等工作，并為主編在期刊日常編輯與出版管理方面提供專業(yè)支持。要求能夠較為獨立地處理稿件，與作者、審稿人和編委會保持專業(yè)溝通。有期刊編輯、學(xué)術(shù)出版或同行評審經(jīng)驗的應(yīng)聘者將予以優(yōu)先考慮。
招聘條件
申請人需具備以下條件：
1. 自我驅(qū)動，具有濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)興趣，對科學(xué)編輯工作有明確熱情；
2. 具有生命科學(xué)相關(guān)博士學(xué)位（包括毒理學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、食品科學(xué)、環(huán)境健康、微生物學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域）；
3. 具備良好的科研判斷能力與英文讀寫能力，熟練使用基本辦公軟件；具有期刊編輯、學(xué)術(shù)出版或同行評審經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
4. 責(zé)任心強，具有良好的團隊協(xié)作精神與獨立工作能力；
5. 做事耐心細(xì)致，具備良好的分析、判斷與溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
6. 具有良好的人際溝通能力和清晰表達(dá)能力；

Journal of Toxins and Toxicology?publishes original research articles and reviews in the field of toxins and toxicology, with a particular focus on studies that address mechanisms of toxic effects, exposure and risk assessment, and their implications for public health, food science, environmental health and microbial safety. We are now seeking 1–2 full-time, in-house Scientific Editors to join its editorial team.
The Scientific Editor will provide timely and professional support to the Editor-in-Chief in all aspects of manuscript processing, including but not limited to assessing submitted papers, overseeing the peer-review process, and commissioning review articles or special issues. The key qualities the journal looks for are broad scientific interest within toxicology and related disciplines, and the ability to think critically about a wide range of scientific issues.
The Qualified Candidate Is Expected to Be / Have:
1.?Highly self-motivated and genuinely interested in the work of scientific editing;
2.?A doctoral degree in toxicology, pharmacology, food science, environmental health, microbiology or related life science fields;
3.?Good command of English and basic computer skills, with solid scientific judgment; experience in journal editing, academic publishing, or peer review is preferred;
4.?Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration and independence;
5.?Patience, carefulness and consideration in handling editorial work;
6.?Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
7.?Open-minded and competent to learn new ideas and techniques.
